I entered “The Miracle Manager” programme offered by Afconrecruit in March 2015 – and it was quite the learning experience!
As someone who has held many challenging roles in a variety of indigenous and multinational organizations, achieved a number of professional qualifications and attended trainings and other developmental activities in Nigeria and abroad, I suppose I could be forgiven for thinking I knew all there was to know about being a modern manager in the 21st century; The Miracle Manager programme happily proved me wrong.
The Programme modules were extremely informative and interactive, while the complementary follow-up exercises and case studies were the perfect opportunity to clarify and cement learning in a practical and refreshing fashion. Over the eight weeks of the course’s duration, my skill base was updated in a robust, convenient, cost-effective way which I would readily recommend to today’s busy professional who desires a fresh approach to professional growth while balancing the demands of a hectic work schedule and lifestyle.
